Yes. All slot prices are completely transparent and displayed before you enter the checkout flow.
Any applicable convenience or platform fees are clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
Yes, you can cancel your booking directly from the Kourto app.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the slot time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable.
Refunds are automatically processed back to your original UPI payment method and typically reflect within 3-5 business days.
Kourto currently supports bookings for Badminton, Cricket, Football, Tennis, Swimming, Gym access, Pickleball, and Snooker, depending on the active inventory in your city.
You can use the "Near Me" feature to allow Kourto to find venues based on your GPS coordinates, or manually browse the Rajahmundry city page.
Yes. Every facility page displays real photographs, operating hours, exact addresses, and available amenities.
Facility owners can contact Kourto directly to list their venues. We provide a partner dashboard to manage real-time inventory.
There is zero commission on bookings during our initial launch period.
